As a general principle we do not give refunds on goods that have been purchased through our online store unless there are exceptional circumstances or there is a requirement to do so under Australian Consumer Law. Note that shipping costs are non refundable.
If we do accept your return we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment source e.g. credit card minus the cost of any shipping and handling costs.

Your preferred payment method will be charged when you place your order.
All payments, fees and charges will be in Australian dollars.
We retain the right to reject any purchase and refund your money paid to the payment source e.g. a refund to PayPal.
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier and some orders may take up to fourteen days to be shipped.

Additional charges may apply for overseas shipments. Where this is the case we will do our best to advise you in advance. When this is not possible we will confirm any additional charges with you prior to shipping.
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information and will not share ti with anyone else unless required to do so at law or for other specific reasons when we need to contact you or for payment purposes.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to complete your order and from time to time for marketing purposes from us to you. We do not sell or redistribute your information to third parties.
