Refund Policy

As a general principle we do not give refunds on goods that have been purchased through our online store unless there are exceptional circumstances or there is a requirement to do so under Australian Consumer Law. Note that shipping costs are non ­refundable.

If we do accept your return we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment source e.g. credit card minus the cost of any shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier and some orders may take up to fourteen days to be shipped.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Other approved carriers

Goods Shipped Overseas

Additional charges may apply for overseas shipments. Where this is the case we will do our best to advise you in advance. When this is not possible we will confirm any additional charges with you prior to shipping.

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information and will not share ti with anyone else unless required to do so at law or for other specific reasons when we need to contact you or for payment purposes.

Your information is only used to complete your order and from time to time for marketing purposes from us to you. We do not sell or redistribute your information to third parties.
